Iconophones: I sought out to use the Iconophones project as an opportunity to reflect on how I interpret my experience as an individual. In the series I photograph an array of moments that come to me both in the form of life experience, and spur of the moment impulse. To keep to the organic nature of the project, as a rule, all photos in the series were taken by smartphone. The decisions to use smartphones came to me because I wanted to limit the opportunity for personalization. The body of the work is presented as a non-linear archive.
